1. Returns
You have 02 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be un-used; in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items (if applicable):
- Gift cards
- Downloadable/digital products
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale or clearance items
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [10–15 business days].
Late or missing refunds:

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item received

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

6. Order Cancellations
